Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to delivery
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders into dashboards / reports
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering / product teams, ensuring solutions accurately reflect business needs
• Create and maintain key BA artefacts, including process flows, functional specifications, and business rules documentation
