Area Senior Brand Manager - Panadol

Role Overview

Area Senior Brand Manager SEAT Panadol – Southeast Asia and Taiwan (SEAT). This role is based in Malaysia (primarily) with relocation support provided if required, and can also be based in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam or Taiwan.

What You’ll Do

• Grow the Panadol portfolio across SEAT by partnering with category and local market teams to shape strategic direction and implement brand activation plans that respect market regulations.
• Prioritize innovation pipelines that fulfil consumer and customer needs and explore claim upgrades with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable topline and bottom-line results.
• Co-create and influence global innovation streams as a key design market and lead geo-expansion projects for the OTC SEAT business unit.
• Provide area-level input to category strategies and cascade them to local operating companies, ensuring alignment and tailoring global toolkits to SEAT markets.
