Team Building : Recruit, develop, and lead a high-caliber management team with expertise across various fintech domains. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance. Operational Excellence : Oversee all aspects of the business unit's operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a superior customer experience. Implement best-in-class processes and technologies to drive operational excellence. Financial Management : Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and delivering attractive returns on investment. Secure funding from internal and external sources as needed. Partnership Development : Forge strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to accelerate growth and expand market reach. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that the business unit operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscape and proactively address any compliance challenges. Stakeholder Management : Represent the business unit to senior management, investors, and the broader fintech community. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the fintech industry, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles. Deep understanding of the Indonesian fintech market and regulatory landscape. Extensive experience in building and scaling fintech businesses, with a focus on driving growth and profitability. Strong expertise in a variety of fintech areas, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, securing funding, and delivering returns on investment. Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Excellent network within the fintech industry. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our new Fintech Business Unit. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and growth of the business, with a mandate to establish a broad fintech presence encompassing a wide variety of financial technology solutions. This includes identifying new opportunities, building and leading a high-performing team, securing necessary funding and partnerships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the fintech industry, with deep expertise in developing and scaling innovative financial solutions.
