Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all tax-related documents, including but not limited to corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), withholding tax, and other relevant taxes as per Indonesian tax regulations.
• Tax Reporting : Prepare and submit periodic tax reports, including annual tax returns, quarterly tax reconciliations, and other required tax filings to the Indonesian tax authorities in compliance with regulatory deadlines.
• Tax Audits and Examinations : Coordinate and manage tax audits and examinations by Indonesian tax authorities, including responding to inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and resolving any tax-related issues effectively and efficiently.
• Compliance Updates : Stay updated with changes in Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and policies, and conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with new tax requirements. Implement necessary changes to tax processes and procedures accordingly. Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various business transactions.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and organized tax records, documentation, and supporting schedules in compliance with Indonesian tax laws and audit standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, accounting, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment of tax strategies with overall business objectives and facilities
