Responsibilities

• Strategic Tax Planning : Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position in alignment with business objectives.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting : Oversee all tax compliance activities, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes. Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of tax returns and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements. Lead and manage tax audits, liaising with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) and other regulatory authorities. Handle tax dispute resolution in collaboration with external advisors. Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with finance, legal, and business teams to provide proactive tax advice on business activities and transactions. Build strong relationships with external advisors and regulatory authorities.
