Maleena Coffee Roasters is a fast-growing coffee company dedicated to delivering the finest quality of locally sourced coffee beans. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager.

Job Description :

As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, accounting processes, and tax compliance. You will also support strategic financial planning and ensure the integrity of all financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK
• Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance (VAT, Income Tax, e-SPT, e-Faktur, etc.)
• Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and transactions
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
• Lead and develop the finance & accounting team

Willing to be placed in Menteng, Central Jakarta
