• TeachTales : Captures student attention through personalized, enchanting stories that enhance understanding.
• TimeBack : Functions as a learning companion integrated into existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.
• Athena : Employs AI‑generated videos and assessments to produce quantifiable academic results.

This position centers on creating tangible impact through functional software. You’ll leverage AI tooling and cloud‑native infrastructure to construct full‑stack solutions addressing genuine challenges—not simply completing task lists. We expect rapid delivery without sacrificing quality, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that harmonizes immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. It is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $50 USD / hour, equivalent to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. Consult for more details.
