Utility Engineer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor utility plant activities; maintains equipment and performs related duties to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of low- and high-pressure boilers, WTP, WWTP, Power Room and Genset.
• Oversee operation of plant domestic water systems in accordance with law and effects changes as directed by qualified Water Systems Operators; supervise routine industrial steam, water and condensate systems analysis and chemical treatment of industrial water systems.
• Coordinate activities and programs with those of other divisions in Engineering
• Daily reporting to maintenance manager related duties.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor all work being performed by contractors and physical plant employees within area of responsibility.
• Ensure proper documentation of operations activities or incident reports.
• Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures.
• Responsible for the implementation of ISO 22000 in the plant area.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required.
