Your Mission
You will be the architect of our compensation philosophy, designing structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our diverse retail and FMCG businesses.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking of salaries, benefits, and pay structures, with a strong focus on the retail / FMCG industry .
- Design and implement a comprehensive salary structure (pay grades) and compensation policies for both corporate and store operations.
- Develop competitive and motivating incentive, bonus, and commission schemes tailored to retail performance metrics.
- Lead the transparent and fair annual salary review process .
- Analyze and optimize our current C&B programs, ensuring they are competitive and cost-effective.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all Indonesian labor regulations concerning wages and benefits.
Ideal Candidate
A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years of solid C&B experience , with at least 3 years in a Managerial role .Proven experience in the retail, FMCG, or hospitality industry is HIGHLY PREFERRED .Required Hands‑On Skills :Experience in building salary structures (pay grading) from scratch .
Expertise in market analysis and salary benchmarking .Deep understanding of Indonesian income tax (PPh 21) , BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan.Strong knowledge of labor laws related to wages in Indonesia.Analytical, data‑driven, and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.Benefits
