Job Description :

• Coordinate with the Operational Team regarding class schedules.
• Prepare routine reports on the development and challenges faced by the teaching team.
• Report observations and evaluations of teachers to students and parents.
• Provide recommendations to improve teaching programs.
• Explain the benefits of learning German and available career opportunities.
• Assist prospective students in choosing the most suitable program for their needs and goals.
• Answer questions and address concerns of prospective students.
• Suggest additional learning materials or relevant resources.
• Coordinate with the Operational Team regarding complaints related to classes or the learning process.
• Assist the operational team in preparing classes if the tutor leader is unavailable.
• Assist in creating and distributing certificates to students.
