As a Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital education products that are impactful, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s vision. You will translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, academics, and marketing—to bring high-quality products to life. You are expected to deeply understand user needs, define clear requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the product delivers real value to learners, educators, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Execution
Gather and analyse user needs through interviews, surveys, and usage data.
Translate findings into product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.Manage the product backlog and work closely with designers and developers to ship high-impact features.Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with UX / UI teams to ensure intuitive and effective learning experiences.
Work with Technology to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.Coordinate with Academic / Content teams to ensure product features support curriculum and pedagogy.Partner with Marketing / Growth teams to support go-to-market efforts and feature adoption.Product Lifecycle ManagementOwn product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as needed.Monitor product performance post-launch using analytics tools and user feedback.User & Market ResearchStay up-to-date with EdTech trends, competitors, and best practices.
Continuously seek to improve product fit by validating hypotheses through experimentation (e.g., A / B testing).Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Product Management or related role.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a deep sense of user empathy.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion, etc.).Ability to write clear and concise product specs / user stories.Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.Preferred
Experience in EdTech, e-learning platforms, or education-related technology products.Understanding of learning theories, student behavior, or curriculum development.Experience with tools like Figma (for reviewing design), Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.Ability to conduct basic user research and usability testing.Soft Skills
