Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager handling 2 wheel and 4 wheel OEM segment in the automotive industry. Proven experience in leading sales team and maintaining good relationships with key OEMs. Strong leadership, good communication skill, and good attitude.

Our client is a Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales target.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships within the automotive industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and assess customer needs to refine and adapt sales strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team by setting clear objectives, tracking performance, and providing guidance for improvement.
