Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Management experience with strong understanding of labor and employment law.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Responsible for talent management, performance management, and effective labor relationships.
