Salty Space is hiring a decisive, concept-driven Creative Group Head to lead multi‑disciplinary teams from brief to launch. You connect insight to ideas, push craft standards, and ship on‑brand work that moves metrics.
What you’ll do
- Lead concepting and execution across campaigns, social, content, video, and experiential.
- Translate briefs into clear creative territories, routes, and prototypes.
- Direct writers, designers, editors, and external partners to on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Partner with Strategy and Account on positioning, messaging, and measurement.
- Raise the bar on craft : reviews, feedback loops, QA, and brand governance.
- Present to clients with clarity; defend logic while staying solution‑oriented.
- Build team capability : hiring input, mentoring, rituals, and performance management.
- Drive efficiency : resourcing calls, timeline risk control, and scope adherence.
Requirements
6–10 years in creative roles at agencies / brands, including team leadership.Portfolio showing integrated campaigns, strong storytelling, and platform fluency.Expert in campaign development, art direction / copy oversight, and production.Confident client presenter with sharp strategic thinking.Mastery of common creative and production tools; understands digital and social best practices.Operates well under pressure, manages multiple workstreams, and ships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
