Head of Fulfillment Excellence to lead the transformation and continuous improvement of our Fresh & Frozen warehouse and supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will identify opportunities for efficiency, streamline end‑to‑end logistics processes, and drive innovation across all fulfillment activities.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches for cost efficiency, productivity & quality all Astro’s Dry, Fresh & Frozen Warehouse & Midmile.
• Strategize, plan and execute short, medium and long‑term improvements.
• Ensure sustainability of improvements with system control, automation, OKR setup and process governance.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes / practices.
• All improvements you process must be aligned and reflect Astro’s customer value in clear, measurable progress.
