Job descriptionMinimum 6+ years of relevant experience in leasing, auto-finance, or related consulting fields. Experience in financial services projects such as digital transformation, IFRS assessment, regulatory reporting, due diligence, PMO, and system implementation. Deep understanding of leasing or auto finance business operations. Solid experience with sales activities including proposal creation and presentations. Good communication and facilitation skills. Business-level English communication skills. Understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC and system implementation. Extensive experience with leasing or auto finance core applications. Business-level Japanese communication skills. Mid-Senior level Full-time Information Technology Business Consulting and Services
Manage the project by leading PM tasks such as entire project planning, progress management, project execution, and issue management.
Be involved with end-to-end sales activities with support from our Indonesia management team and global / regional Asset Finance team.
Lead consulting service delivery as an engagement manager.
Facilitate meetings with clients, internal teams, and support sales activities and opportunity creation.
Responsibilities
