Overview
Assist the GM Shopper and Customer Marketing in developing and nurturing the relationship with the principal and ensure win-win in a spirit of partnership. Identify and execute opportunities arising from emerging channel and shopper insights. Drive the category's success within the perfect store model by optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and active participation in critical retail programs. Ensure consistent execution across GT, MT, Marketplace (Ecommerce), and owned retail platforms. Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the GM Shopper and Customer Marketing in developing and nurturing the relationship with the principal and ensure win-win in a spirit of partnership.
- Identify and execute opportunities arising from emerging channel and shopper insights.
- Drive the category\'s success within the perfect store model by optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and active participation in critical retail programs.
- Ensure consistent execution across GT, MT, Marketplace (Ecommerce), and owned retail platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ideally should have omnichannel exposure but at a minimum to General Trade and Modern Trade.Must have experience working with external stakeholders (retail partners, activation agencies, etc.).P&L exposure and working with large data sets is important.Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.Details
