What You Will Do : As an IR (Industrial Refrigeration) Sales Service Engineer, you will be responsible for proactive selling of certain products and services, building relationships and networks in the industry, and managing current accounts and generating new leads for new customers.
How You Will Do It
- Proactive selling of service agreements, labor & materials, parts and new initiatives through scheduled and / or drop-in visits
- Address customer objectives, needs and requirements, recommend solutions and link customer requests, contact internal factories
- Compare received orders with quotations and comment on Terms & Conditions to reflect ethical business
- Work across departments and countries and be a proactive team member of JCI
- Keep the manager informed of changes in the marketplace; apply knowledge of competitors\' service and business to differentiate our service
- Represent the company to customers with professional appearance, maintain consistent communication, and establish long-term relationships
- Conduct training, courses and online tasks as advised in timely manner
