Overview

Responsibilities

Provide financial guidance to regional functions to ensure sustainable regional growth and profitability
Drive financial performance and operational finance excellence across region
Ensure that each area has the right funding mix to support growth, innovation, and sustainability
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure efficient capital allocation aligned with regional priorities
Identify early signs of financial risks or inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions
Ensure national financial policies and performance frameworks are effectively translated and executed across the regions and DCs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA / CMA is a plus)

7-10 years of experience in finance role

Strategic business partnering and financial insight

Solid understanding of multi-area finance operations

Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insight

People development, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills excellence

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
