Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at PT PANCA UTAMA ASIA.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and direct the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.

Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and controls.

Manage and mentor the finance team with a positive and collaborative work environment.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Able to make tax invoice.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in finance management role.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Proficient in the use of financial software (accurate) and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven team management and leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
