We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven Head of Retail Operations to lead and expand our retail network at the national level. This role requires strong capabilities in managing multi-store operations, developing sustainable business strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every point of service.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing , or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail operations , with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or head-level position.
Proven experience managing multi-store operations on a national or regional scale.
Strong knowledge in P&L management, business strategy, and store expansion planning .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational and collaborative strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets .
Ensure effective and efficient store operations management across all branches.
Implement strategic initiatives in inventory, warehouse, and distribution management.
Strengthen sales and profitability alignment through effective P&L and performance management.
Build and maintain standardized operational systems across business units.
Design and execute customer engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business expansion and new initiatives.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent networking abilities across various communities and generations.
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Deep understanding of customer journey and retail excellence .
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Adaptive to market changes and evolving retail trends (online & offline integration).
Proficient in sales analytics tools, POS systems, and KPI dashboards .
