Job descriptionMinimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika, atau terkait. 3–5 tahun pengalaman sebagai IT Project Manager, khususnya di project yang berkaitan dengan data operasional. Pengalaman dalam : System integration (API, middleware, Apache Kafka, Talend). Data analysis & business intelligence. Familiar dengan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Menguasai database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, DB2, dll), SQL queries, dan ETL tools. Familiar dengan Data Engineering & Big Data Tools (Hadoop, Kafka, Grafana). Menguasai project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project). Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem-solving yang baik. Mengerti mengenai project planning, risk management, monitoring, serta reporting dengan tools visualisasi (Power BI, Tableau) akan menjadi nilai tambah. Pengalaman di industri perbankan menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities
- Menyusun project plan, WBS, timeline, serta memantau eksekusi proyek.
- Mengidentifikasi risiko dan menyiapkan strategi mitigasi.
- Memimpin koordinasi tim lintas fungsi (developer, data engineer, analyst, dan stakeholder bisnis).
- Mengawasi database migration, system integration, serta implementasi business intelligence tools.
- Memimpin inisiatif keamanan data (backup, enkripsi, audit).
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan proyek secara rutin kepada stakeholder.
Requirements
Data migration & implementasi sistem database (SQL & NoSQL).
Location : Jakarta, Indonesia
