Job Requirements
Educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field .Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Application Support, System Support, or IT Operations .Skilled in system analysis, application troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination between IT and business units .Proficient in ticketing tools, basic SQL, technical documentation, and SLA management .Experience in retail, distribution, or fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred.Seniority level
