We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with me to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of mid- to senior-level positions across different industries. Whether you're an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge or a senior consultant seeking a more strategic role, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on both candidates’ careers and our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, client coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to both parties.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and proactive networking.
• Provide strategic input on market trends, talent mapping, and hiring best practices.
• Collaborate closely with me and other team members to continuously improve our recruitment approach and client service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate data in our internal systems.
