Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand student goals and recommend suitable courses or study tours.
• Manage the lead conversion process, assist with application, document verification, and payment coordination.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure student satisfaction and retention, while meeting enrollment targets.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports on sales, conversions, and trends.
