Procurement Manager

Lead and manage end to end procurement activities

Oversee import and export documentations, customs clearance, and trade compliance

Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, particularly in China and other international markets

Source and procure a wide variety of categories, including raw materials, packaging, machinery & spare part, IT equipment & systems, general items & consumables, and promotional materials

Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and supply chain improvement

Monitor supplier performance with stakeholders, segment the supplier base, and review supplier KPIs regularly to meet expectations and deliver value

Research and identify prospective suppliers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

A graduate of Bachelor Degree (preferably in Supply Chain or Business)

Minimum 5 years experience (preferably in FMCG or beauty Industries)

Solid knowledge of international trade regulation, incoterms, and logistics

Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skill

Excellent Communication and collaboration skills

Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is a must
