As an Import Operation Controller Staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of imported goods into our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and processing all import documentation, including customs clearance, shipping paperwork, and invoicing.
• Liaising with external freight forwarders and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with trade laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Providing administrative support to the import division and other related departments.
• Managing shipping documentation and filing systems accurately and efficiently.
