Uraian TugasA relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in an import role, preferably within the retail industry. Strong understanding of import procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements. Solid knowledge of international trade, taxation, and transportation of goods. Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. Fluency in English (oral and written). High attention to detail, integrity, and strong problem-solving skills.
As an Import Operation Controller Staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of imported goods into our supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and processing all import documentation, including customs clearance, shipping paperwork, and invoicing.
- Liaising with external freight forwarders and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with trade laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Providing administrative support to the import division and other related departments.
- Managing shipping documentation and filing systems accurately and efficiently.
