Job description5–7 years of experience in banking operations and / or operational consulting Prior experience working with Indonesian banks or financial institutions Deep understanding of transaction authorization, settlement, and clearing—especially with international payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) Strong problem-solving, independent working ability, and client-facing experience Background in consulting or PMO roles Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English Must be Jakarta-based and open to working onsite at the client’s office 1-year contract, with potential extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and project continuity Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Contract Job function : Consulting and Project Management Industries : Financial Services, Banking, Technology, Information and Media

Banking Operational Excellence Contractor

We’re seeking a Banking Operational Excellence Contractor to support operational transformation projects for a top-tier bank.
Responsibilities
- Conduct desktop research on market trends, products, and marketing strategies
- Analyze client and internal data to uncover insights and drive recommendations
- Assist in developing high-quality project deliverables and Steering Committee presentations
- Coordinate alignment between stakeholders and support biweekly progress updates
- Support the execution of agreed actions and follow-through on project milestones
