Job descriptionIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand IronFX’s market share. Lead initiatives to enhance client acquisition, retention, and brand visibility. Oversee all local operations and sales activities, ensuring strong revenue performance and operational excellence. Establish and track key performance metrics to achieve business objectives. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing local team. Foster a results-oriented culture and attract top talent within the financial and fintech sectors. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and government or regulatory bodies. Represent IronFX at industry events, conferences, and media engagements. Monitor local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments. Provide insights and recommendations to global leadership to shape market strategy. Extensive experience in Business Development, operations, and Sales Leadership, ideally within the Financial Services, brokerage, or Fintech sectors. Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L in a dynamic market environment. Strong understanding of Indonesia’s market, culture, and regulatory landscape. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
