Role Description

This is a contract-based role (6 months) for a Finance & Accounting Officer, based in Cimanggis with hybrid working arrangement. The role includes verifying and recording financial transactions (account payable & receivable), preparing financial reports, handling client invoicing and supplier payments, and maintaining healthy cash flow. The Finance & Accounting Officer will also coordinate tax reporting and payroll processing, manage internal reimbursements, and ensure timely financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
• Solid understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and payroll systems
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and Google Workspace tools
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
• Experience in B2B or service industry finance is a plus
