Responsibilities
- Lead the overall paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic.
- Set and manage CAC, ROAS, and spend efficiency targets aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee campaign planning, testing frameworks, and budget pacing to ensure optimal impact.
- Connect performance marketing data to business insights, linking ad performance with GMV, retention, and revenue contribution.
- Partner closely with Data and Martech teams to ensure accurate tracking, event mapping, and reporting across MMP, GA4, and BigQuery.
- Mentor and guide the Performance Strategist and Specialists to improve execution and testing quality.
- Collaborate with BCD / Corfin for forecasting, pacing, and ROI tracking.
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to the Growth Lead and leadership team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience leading paid acquisition or performance marketing.Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns with large-scale budgets.Deep understanding of attribution, MMPs (Adjust, Branch, AppsFlyer), and connecting paid data to business impact.Strong knowledge of creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analytics.Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.Hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.Location : East Jakarta, Jakarta, ID; West Jakarta, Jakarta, ID; South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
