Integrated Governance & Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct governance supervision program for Astra Financial holding to their Financial Services subsidiary
- Develop and conduct Compliance Programme for Conglomeration Group (POJK 30 / 2024)
- Develop Policy and Standardization Document to be implemented in Astra Financial Holding
- Conduct data consolidation, data analysis and reporting to OJK
- Conduct analysis and acting as Project Monitoring on implementing emerging laws and regulation related to the company and its Financial
- Maintain communication with external stakeholders (government bodies e.g. OJK, BI, Kominfo, KPPU, and industry associations)
