Project Support Officer

How can you support us? Here are your responsibilities :

• Support the project team in managing permits and licenses related to the project.
• Prepare, process, and monitor legal and permit documents until issued by the relevant government authorities, including audit purposes.
• Act as the company’s contact point with government institutions, including coordinating meetings, visits, and government hosting.
• Prepare, organize, and archive all legal documents, permits, and official correspondence with government bodies.
• Develop trackers and prepare permit status reports for internal and government requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and provide regular updates to the Project Team and Legal Team regarding permit status and project obligations.
