Responsibilities
- Deliver projects with excellent quality and complete them by the target deadline, following the agreed project governance.
- Act as a bridge between IT, business, and supporting divisions (finance, accounting, HR, etc.) during project management.
- Monitor projects by providing solutions and advice to achieve target deadlines (timeline, requirements, quality, etc.).
- Communicate requirements with internal IT Department teams : Developers, Quality Testers, System and Operation.
- Prepare realistic project timelines, measurable results, and a proper communication plan.
- Resolve problems on project issues.
- Proactively escalate any issues on projects to the IT Division Head.
- Proactively collect necessary project information from all parties (external customers and internal parties).
- Maintain and define technical specifications and coordinate with Marketing, System Support, Quality Testing (QT), IT Operation, Reconcile and Development teams before release and distribution to customers.
- Manage communication with external customers and other parties.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Information System.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.Familiar with Microsoft Office.Experience related to ISO is preferred.Experience in H2H / Switching business process is preferred.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
