Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Partnering : Act as a thought partner to business leaders by providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and guiding teams toward profitable growth.
• Budget Allocation & ROI Planning : work with department leaders to evaluate and prioritize resource allocation based on ROI analysis, strategic goals, and financial constraints.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis : Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics. Identify risks and opportunities to help teams stay on course toward business objectives.
• Financial Reporting & Executive Dashboards : Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards that enable fast, data-backed decisions by leadership.
• Decision Support & Scenario Modeling : Deliver financial analyses and scenario models that support high-impact decisions, such as new initiatives, pricing changes, or cost management strategies.
