VP of Financial Planning & Analysis - Telco

Overview

Adecco Indonesia is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Vice President of FP&A to lead financial planning, business performance management, and decision support for our client. This role is critical in driving profitable growth, operational efficiency, and strategic investments across our client's network.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong business acumen gained in the telecommunications sector, given the industry’s complexity, scale, and customer-centric business models. The ideal candidate will be able to apply that expertise to transform the financial planning approach, balancing patient outcomes with sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, providing forward-looking insights to support strategic decisions.
• Drive P&L optimization across hospitals, clinics, and new business lines; establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational and financial health.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and business leaders; challenge assumptions and provide actionable recommendations to maximize performance.
• Leverage telco-honed expertise in ARPU, churn, customer segmentation, pricing, and capital-intensive investment analysis to strengthen our client's business model.
• Lead financial modeling for new business units, M&A, digital initiatives, and service expansion projects.
• Oversee implementation of advanced financial systems, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team capable of supporting a fast-growing group.
