Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing direction, setting goals, and ensuring their performance meets expectations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.
- Develop and implement a long‑term strategy for the estate, considering sustainability, security, and future needs.
- Prepare and manage estate budgets (P&L, OPEX, and CAPEX).
- Monitor costs and ensure efficiency in resource utilization, including approval of operational expenditures according to company authority levels.
- Generate revenue streams such as renting out unused space, optimizing utility usage, or identifying cost‑saving measures.
Job Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Property Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or other real estate focuses).Minimum 10 years of experience in property or facilities management (Mall & Township are a must).Experienced in managing teams and overseeing budgets.Strong leadership and management skills to motivate teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and manage conflict effectively.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve complex estate management issues.Project management skills to plan, organize, and execute maintenance and renovation projects.Company Information
