About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Head of Sales (Retail Division) to lead our nationwide sales team and drive business growth. This role will oversee sales strategy, team development, and key account management to ensure sustainable revenue growth in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and market expansion.
- Lead and motivate sales teams across regions to deliver consistent performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles within FMCG or retail distribution.Proven track record in managing large teams and achieving sales targets.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Willing to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Available to work on Saturdays (half day).#J-18808-Ljbffr
