Job descriptionBachelor Degree or Diploma (S1 / D3) from all majors. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably B2B and / or B2C), with proven sales record. Knowledge of scholarship hunting is a plus (preferably a scholarship awardee). Willing to work from our Jakarta office (WFO) and travel as needed. Able to commit to a 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday), with weekend flexibility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present education solutions and study abroad pathways clearly. Passionate about negotiation, client relationships, and targets. Product knowledge and persuasive presentation skills. Tech-savvy, confident in using social media for networking. Maintain good relations with customers and stakeholders. Position Overview : We are looking for a results-driven and proactive B2B & B2C Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves approaching institutions (B2B) and individual clients (B2C) to promote and sell Kobi Education’s programs. You will identify prospects, present study abroad preparation services, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outreach and build connections with schools and institutions.
- Initiate discussions to identify potential partnerships between Kobi and institutions.
- Deliver presentations, both online and offline, to individual clients and institutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Welcome and consult walk-in clients at the Jakarta office.
- Provide accurate information on study abroad preparation and Kobi’s educational programs.
- Recommend suitable products based on client needs.
- Close deals with institutional (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients.
- Work with high sales targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Collaborate with the team to handle special client requests.
