Membuat framework dasar terkait implementasi konglomerasi keuangan di Bank, termasuk di dalamnya hubungan antara perusahaan induk dan anak perusahaan konglomerasi keuangan

Menyusun Kebijakan tentang konglomerasi keuangan yang mencakup strategi, kontrol, dan rencana kerja untuk konglomerasi keuangan.

Memimpin koordinasi dengan seluruh bagian terkait di bank terkait konglomerasi keuangan sehingga seluruh aktifitas anggota konglomerasi keuangan sejalan dan sesuai dengan strategi dan risk appetite di perusahaan induk konglomerasi keuangan.

Mengkoordinasi pelaksaan rapat dan diskusi regular untuk seluruh agenda terkait dengan konglomerasi keuangan sehingga seluruh rencana dan masalah di anggota konglomerasi keuangan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik dan melaporkannya kepada Direktur Konglomerasi Keuangan.

Melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap struktur dan aktivitas konglomerasi keuangan.

Mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi risiko sistemik yang timbul dari hubungan antar entitas dalam konglomerasi keuangan, serta memberikan rekomendasi mitigasi risiko yang diperlukan

Berkoordinasi dengan unit pengawasan sektor perbankan, pasar modal, dan IKNB untuk harmonisasi pengawasan.

Menjalin komunikasi aktif dengan regulator, auditor, dan entitas dalam konglomerasi untuk mendukung transparansi dan tata kelola

Bekerja sama dengan RCU dan ORM untuk mengidentifikasi resiko operasional terkait aktifitas SPAPM di anggota konglomerasi keuangan

Melakukan evaluasi atas kualitas konsolidasi report fungsi SPAPM di anggota konglomerasi keuangan, berkoordinasi dengan group lain di sub direktorat SPAPM
