About the role

PT Danan Wingus Sakti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Sales Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our valued customers especially in Oil and Gas, Chemical and Mining industries across Indonesia. You will understand our customers\' needs and propose tailored technology solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. The solutions we provide include, but are not limited to :

Process Simulation and Modeling Software
Asset Performance Management Software
Flow Assurance and Production Modeling Software
Digital Twin and Prescriptive Maintenance Software
Oil and Gas Accounting and Reporting Software

What you\'ll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

Engage with key decision-makers to understand their challenges and requirements

Develop and present compelling sales proposals that showcase the value of our solutions

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular communication and support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we\'re looking for

Proven track record of success in a solution sales or account management role, preferably in the Software / Technology Sales industry

Strong understanding of the Account & Relationship Management domain especially in Oil and Gas, Mining and Chemical industries and the ability to identify and address customer needs

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using sales enablement tools and technologies to drive productivity

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, Chemical Engineering degree will be prioritized, with a relevant sales or business-related qualification preferred
