Data Analyst

Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site Data Analyst role located in Tangerang. The Data Analyst will analyze datasets, perform statistical analysis, and develop insights to guide decision-making. Responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to identify trends, creating data models, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders. Daily tasks will involve collaboration with teams to support data-driven business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to draw insights from complex data
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Modeling techniques
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience performing statistical analysis
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings clearly and effectively
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and software is an advantage (PowerBI, Looker, etc)
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Familiarity with the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
