Business Intelligence Analyst, ShopeePay

Responsibilities

• Data handling and analysis, such as creating data modeling, data visualization (graph, table, chart) and data cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the datamart.
• Lead data-centric projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with several stakeholders across teams to integrate data insights into business processes, create efforts toward key outcomes such as user growth, revenue increment, and order increment while adapting to evolving business directions.
• Construct and maintain both key performance reports and detailed analytical reviews to monitor the effectiveness of Mitra Shopee's operations.
