Job descriptionMinimal Gelar Sarjana Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, Teknik Industri atau bidang terkait. Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman dalam manajemen proyek, lebih disukai di bidang konstruksi atau teknik perusahaan retail. Memahami / menguasai bahasa mandarin / hakka / hokkian merupakan nilai tambah. Sertifikasi Manajemen Proyek / Project Management Professional (PMP) atau sejenis merupakan nilai tambah. Memiliki pengetahuan / menguasai mengenai Building Manufacture and Maintenance Engineering baik secara instalasi ataupun konsep retail. Memahami / dikuasainya software interior design seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp dll Jujur, berjiwa pemimpin, komunikasi, berwibawa, tanggung jawab, loyal, pekerja keras, aktif, inovatif, berdedikasi tinggi dan mampu mengayomi seluruh staff dan pekerja dibawah kepemimpinannya. Dapat bergabung segera Hanya kandidat yang memenuhi persyaratan akan diproses
Responsibilities
- Menyusun rencana, jadwal, dan anggaran proyek toko / showroom retail yang terperinci serta mengawasi pelaksanaan untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu sesuai ruang lingkup dan anggaran.
- Mengelola dan memastikan penerapan SOP terkait General Affair (GA) di area operasional maupun kantor dengan baik
- Berkoordinasi dengan konsultan, kontraktor, dan vendor atau supplier.
- Memantau kemajuan dan menyiapkan laporan status berkala untuk manajemen.
- Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko dan menerapkan solusi yang efektif.
