Overview
Your role within the organization will be to partner with Finance, Sales Teams and Senior Management to control the accuracy of data in the system and conduct analysis to support decision making. Your daily tasks are performed from our office in Biomedical Campus, BSD, Tangerang. This role involves continuously improving and refining the internal processes while growing alongside the company.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities focus on two main areas : Controlling and Analysis . Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Controlling : Check the discounts given by sales people to customers; Perform checks on subscription start dates / recurrence; Perform various checks as preparation for the budget making exercise; Be a key part of budget making for Odoo Indonesia; Build a monthly ‘Finance’ closing checklist; Automate reports or update monthly the reports that can’t be automated; Compare actuals vs. budget and explain differences (variance analysis); Keep an eye on profitability; Ad hoc analysis / audit of a particular team; Marketing analysis; Benchmark Odoo against other companies in the industry / region
- Others : Participate in audits; Build new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy; Ad hoc
Must have requirements
Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)Experience of being in contact / working with Sales and other StakeholdersAnalytical, curious, and thinking criticallyPreferred requirements
