Position Overview :

The Branch Manager at OMDC Dental Clinic is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, and marketing initiatives at the assigned branch. Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management :

• Manage daily operations of the dental clinic to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency.
• Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and treatment coordination to optimize clinic productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as clinic policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the central management team for supply chain management, equipment maintenance, and facility upgrades.
• Train, supervise, and motivate clinic staff, including dental professionals, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
