Role Description

Swiss-Belhotel International Indonesia is seeking a senior leader to oversee the commercial aspects of a large portfolio of hotels and resorts operating in Indonesia as the Regional Head of Commercial.

Main duties and responsibilities of this position include :

• Defines the Commercial strategy in conjunction with the Regional Commercial objectives.
• Drives offline sales performance of hotels for various market segments, such as corporate, leisure, MICE, travel agents, tour operators, crew, etc.
• Achieve pre-determined corporate sales targets as outlined in the Business Plan, as well as to ensure the development of increased long-term Regional sales.
• Defines annual program for regional commercial, detailing objectives and budget required in achieving these actions.
• Supervise and be responsible for the regional commercial team and hotel commercial leaders.
• Manage and achieve revenue generation on a regional basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required in Business Administration, Sales or Commercial preferred. Minimum 10 years of increasingly challenging commercial responsibilities. Through prior experience, has developed and executed best practices in commercial or sales strategies. Able to successfully manage in a matrix environment within high levels of ambiguity and complexity; can anticipate future needs and upstream and downstream consequences. Able and willing to travel, the extent of which is based on work location and business needs. Placement in Jakarta Office.
