Job description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengupdate cash flow harian perusahaan
  • Mempersiapkan administrasi transaksi ForEx (Foreign Exchange)
  • Menginformasikan dan memonitor pembayaran Account Payable (AP) ke supplier
  • Memantau penerimaan AR pembayaran AP dari customer tiap harinya
  • Melakukan konfirmasi ke customer AR-nya sudah jatuh tempo dan belum melakukan pembayaran
  • Merekap laporan saldo, perincian pengeluaran uang, jumlah idle money, dan seluruh transaksi perbankan secara bulanan

Persyaratan

  • D3 Akuntansi
  • Memiliki pengalaman terkait treasury min. 1 tahun / Fresh Graduate
  • Mahir menggunakan Ms Office (Excel, Word), software treasury management dan perbendaharaan
  • Pemahaman yang kuat tentang manajemen kas, operasional perbankan, dan prinsip-prinsip keuangan
  • Berorientasi pada hal detail dan memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi baik.
  • Diutamakan dapat bergabung secepatnya
