Responsibilities
Design and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies. Determine the company's positioning, market segmentation, and value proposition. Develop a strong brand identity and overall branding. Initiate and oversee offline and online campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for maximum results. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of funds. Measure return on investment (ROI) for each marketing channel. Lead and develop the marketing team (digital, creative, communications, events, etc.). Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Establish strategic partnerships with third parties.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement. Excellent leadership and team management skills — able to inspire, coach, and build a high-performing marketing team. Analytical and data-driven mindset; capable of interpreting campaign results, market trends, and ROI metrics. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing cost efficiency. Familiarity with growth marketing or performance-based marketing tactics. A plus if you have experience in the sport of Padel.
